About Hours Ashore
Port-day guides for Mediterranean cruise passengers who like to explore on their own.
Hours Ashore is an independent guide, not connected to any cruise line. Your ship's own daily programme and all-aboard time always come first.
How the times work
You type your ship's arrival and departure times (they're on your cruise documents or the cruise line's app). We assume all aboard is 30 minutes before departure, add time to get off the ship (more at tender ports), and estimate walking and transport times. They're estimates: allow extra on busy days.
Where our information comes from
Each port page lists the official sources we checked: port authorities, terminal operators and the attractions themselves. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors.
