Tourist information, Botafoc port
Island tourist information desk at the Botafoc port, for maps and advice before you head into town.
Ibiza Town is far more than nightlife: its walled hilltop old town, Dalt Vila, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site with views over the whole harbour. Big ships berth on the Botafoc breakwater across the bay, so a short transfer is part of the day, and then the old town and the waterfront are all on foot.
Which port are you visiting?
Cruise lines usually run a shuttle bus round the harbour to the edge of the old town (check on board for times and price). Taxis wait at the terminal and take about 10 minutes. In season a small passenger boat crosses the harbour from Marina Botafoch, about 10 minutes' walk from the berth, to the town waterfront; check locally for times. Walking round the harbour takes about 45 minutes.
Town quays (small ships)You are already in town: the La Marina quarter and the gates of Dalt Vila are a 5–10 minute walk.
