A stout medieval castle in the old town, now a museum of medieval Cyprus with armour, pottery and tombstones. Climb to the roof for views over the rooftops.

The old town's main mosque, a few steps from the castle in the former Turkish Cypriot quarter. Visitors are welcome outside prayer times; dress modestly.
