Muelle Uno
The port's waterfront promenade of restaurants and shops, on the way between the Levante terminals and town.
Málaga packs a Moorish fortress, a Renaissance cathedral and Picasso's birthplace into a compact, walkable old town right behind the port. It is also the usual gateway for a long day trip to the Alhambra in Granada.
Which port are you visiting?
When a ship is on the Levante pier, a bus links the terminals with the port's Plaza de la Marina entrance (about 10 minutes; usually a small fare, check locally). Some cruise lines run their own shuttle instead. Walking takes about 25–30 minutes along the waterfront past Muelle Uno. Taxis wait outside the terminals.
El Palmeral cruise terminal (Palmeral de las Sorpresas)Walk about 5 minutes through the Palmeral gardens to Plaza de la Marina and the old town.
